Please following instructions below to proceed your booking ensuring right room and right property is booked for your stay.

Step 1: Check the location of the property to suit your need: our properties are located in Tarneit, Truganina and Point Cook.

Step 2: Go to the property which you would like to book and read the property Detail.

​

Step 3: Decide whether you want to book for a room or a whole house

 

Step 4: Call us for more information and availability first if you need to book the whole house.

​

Step 5: Click the "BOOK A ROOM" Button right next to the property name if you only book for a room.

​

Step 6: Follow the procedures on the booking page to finalise your booking and you will receive a confirmation from us once the booking is made.

Step 7: Please read Apple House Check In and Check out Policy and Apple House COVID-19 Response & Requirements before your check in.

[Impoartant Note:]

• A security deposit of $200 is required per room if a room is booked, and

• A security deposit of $500 is required if a whole house is booked.

• Photo ID is required for ID verification upon check in. 

• We are not the HOTEL. If you only look for a hotel, please do not book with us.

• All properties are shared accommodation unless you book for a whole house.

• Preferred payment method is bank transfer. Please choose to pay online if you prefer credit card payment.

• For last minute booking or same day booking, we only accept bank transfer or pay online directly on booking.com

• Additional cleaning fee of $35 per cleaning per room is require if you request to change bedsheets during your stay.

• One off cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if a whole house is booked.
