CHECK IN & CHECK OUT & CANCELLATION

POLICIES

1.      Check In Policy and Check in Identification Procedure

 

1. 1.    Apple House standard check in time:  From 14:00 PM to 11:00 PM

​

1. 2.    We offer 2 hours early check in or late check out free of charge subject to the availability. Any early check in request needs to be submitted to us for approval before check in. Additional cost (half day or full day of standard rate) will be charged if early check in before 12:00 pm.    

 

1. 3.    Apple House need to do identification verification before check in. Please send us a copy of your photo ID to mobile phone or whatsapp 61466116752 or email: info@applehousegroup.com.au for verification.

1. 4.    Apple House cannot arrange check in if no valid photo ID is provided and we reserves the right to cancel the booking. 

​

2.     Payment and Security/Damage Deposit Policy

 

2. 1.    Full payment of accommodation cost, cleaning fee and security deposit is required to be paid before check in.

2. 2.    A security deposit of $200 is required to pay before check in when booking a room and;

2. 3.    A security deposit of $500 per stay is required to pay before check in when booking a whole house;

2. 4.    The reservation is only reserved until the payment is confirmed (This only applies to direct booking);

2. 5.    A copy of the receipt is required as proof of payment if paid by bank transfer.

2. 6.    Security deposit will be refunded by the following ways:​

  • If it's paid by bank transfer, it will be refunded by bank transfer as well. Please provide us your PAYID or bank account for the refund.

  • If a PAYID is provided to us, you should receive the refund straightaway once it's processed by us;

  • If a BSB and account number is provided, it may take at least 24 hours to receive the fund on your bank account. 

2. 7.    Security deposit will be refunded in full or partially subjects the result of check out inspection. Additional cost will be deducted from security deposit for any circumstances listed but not limited to the following:

  • Lost of Room Key - $30

  • Damage of furniture, wall and property -  subjects to service provider quotation

  • Wines, Drink, Curry or any other pollutions on the bedsheets,towels or mattress - Minimum of $30 Cleaning cost

  • Wines, Drink, Curry or any other pollutions on the Carpet - Minimum of $50 cleaning cost or subjects to service provider quotation

  • Occupancy of additional room(s) without prior approval - Standard of Room Rate​

 

3.      Party & Events Policy

 

3. 1.    Party is strictly prohibited at any Apple House properties. Apple House reserves the right to take any further actions to vacate the guest who breaks this policy and any accommodation cost and security deposit that has paid is non refundable if party is identified or complained by neighbours at any Apple House property.

4.      Check Out Policy and Procedures:

 

4. 1.    Apple House standard check out time is before 10:00 am the next day morning. 

​

4. 2.    We offer 2 hours late check out free of charge subject to the availability. Any late check out request needs to be submitted to us for approval before check in. Additional cost (half day or full day of standard rate) will be charge if late check out after 12:00 pm.

4. 3.    Room Key needs to be returned to the room door lock on check out. Lost of Key will result in a charge of $30 stated in payment and security damage deposit policy below. 

​

4. 4.    For security purpose, please make sure the main entrance door is locked before leaving the property.  

​

5.      Cancellation Policy and Procedures:

 

5. 1.    In terms of our cancellation policy, the following terms and conditions are applied to your booking:

5. 2.    Booking Service fee will be charge if the booking is cancelled 3 days before your arrival date (cut off time is 2:00 pm Melbourne time on check in date).

​

5. 3.    The total cost of the reservation will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of your arrival date (cut off time is 2:00 pm Melbourne time on check in date).

​

5. 4.    Strict No refund policy applies to last minute booking/same day booking or if you change your plan after check in.  

​

5. 5.    This cancellation policy applies to all online booking or direct booking. 

​

  • If you don't agree with the above policy, procedures,  terms and conditions, please contact us to cancel your booking ASAP.

  • If you make payment and check in, which means you agree with the above policy, procedures, terms and conditions.
